4.1 Service Requests

All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Prices may be subject to change based on actual requirements, route conditions, or other factors.
4.3 Contract Formation
A contract is formed when we accept your booking and provide confirmation. This may occur through email confirmation, collection of goods, or commencement of services.
5. Customer Responsibilities
5.1 Accurate Information
You must provide accurate and complete information including:
- Correct pickup and delivery addresses
- Accurate description of goods
- Proper contact information
- Special handling requirements
- Value and weight of goods
5.2 Packaging and Preparation
Goods must be:
- Properly packaged for transport
- Adequately labeled with addresses
- Ready for collection at the specified time
- Accompanied by any required documentation
5.3 Prohibited Items
You must not send:
- Dangerous, hazardous, or illegal goods
- Perishable items without prior agreement
- Fragile items without proper packaging
- Items exceeding our size or weight limits
- Cash, precious metals, or negotiable instruments

6. Pricing and Payment

6.2 Payment Terms
Payment terms vary by customer type:
- Retail customers: Payment due at time of booking or collection

- Failed delivery attempts

7. Delivery and Performance
7.1 Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates based on normal operating conditions. While we strive to meet all delivery commitments, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.
7.2 Delivery Attempts
We will make reasonable attempts to deliver goods. If delivery cannot be completed, goods may be returned to sender or held at our facility, subject to storage charges.
7.3 Proof of Delivery
Delivery is considered complete when goods are delivered to the specified address and signed for by an authorized person, or delivered according to special delivery instructions.
8. Liability and Insurance
8.1 Limitation of Liability
Our liability for loss, damage, or delay is limited to:
- The lesser of the actual value of the goods or £100 per consignment, unless higher value is declared and additional charges paid
- Refund of transport charges paid
- We shall not be liable for consequential, indirect, or special damages
8.2 Insurance
Additional insurance coverage is available for goods of higher value. Customers are responsible for declaring the correct value and purchasing appropriate insurance.
8.3 Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Weather conditions
- Traffic incidents or road closures
- Industrial action or strikes
- Government actions or regulations
- Acts of terrorism or war
- Natural disasters
9. Claims and Complaints
9.1 Notification Requirements
Claims for loss, damage, or delay must be notified to us:
- Immediately upon discovery but no later than 3 days for visible damage
- Within 7 days for concealed damage or partial loss
- Within 21 days for delays or non-delivery
9.2 Claims Process
All claims must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation including:
- Original consignment receipt
- Proof of value
- Evidence of loss or damage
- Details of the claim
9.3 Investigation
We will investigate all valid claims promptly and provide a written response within 28 days of receipt of complete claim documentation.
10. Termination
10.1 Termination by Customer
You may terminate individual service bookings or ongoing service agreements according to the specific terms of each arrangement.
10.2 Termination by Company
We may terminate services immediately if:
- Payment terms are not met
- These Terms are breached
- Prohibited items are tendered for shipment
- Fraudulent activity is suspected
11. Data Protection
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. By using our services, you consent to such processing as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in our website, services, and materials remain our property or that of our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by English law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
